'cause Honey when I get up close to you 왜냐면, 내가 일어서서 당신에게로 가고 있기 때문이에요..      The Nolans - Sexy Music 아일랜드 더블린 출신의 여성 4인조 놀랜스는 친자매들로 구성된 가족 그룹이다. 이들 부모는 Sweetheart Singers라는 이름으로 더블린에서 활동하던 듀엣이었다. 1962년 영국으로 이주한 이들 부부는 클럽 등지를 돌며 노래를 불렀고 가끔 자녀들과 함께 무대에 서기도 했다. 이것이 인기를 얻자 아버지는 가족을 끌어들여 아예 그룹 이름을 싱잉 놀란스라고 짓고 60년대 후반부터 70년대 초반까지 활동했다. 그러다 1975년 봄 부모가 빠지고 딸들만이 남아 놀랜시스터스(The Nolan Sisters)라고 이름을 바꾼 뒤 정식으로 활동하기 시작했다. 이들의 신선한 외모와 발랄하고 생기있는 보컬로 BBC의 클리프리챠드쇼에 고정 출연했으며..  프랭크시나트라의 유럽 공연시에도 오프닝밴드로 참여해 팬을 확보했다
