이 곡은 디스코로 한 시대를 풍미했던 Boney M의

1979년 앨범 “Oceans of Fantasy”의 싱글 ‘El Lute’ B면에 실린 흥겨운 곡.

 

경박하고 촌스럽다 해도 유럽과 아시아에선 이들의 음악에 몸을 흔들었고

한국에서도 여러 청년들이 스텝을 밟았다.

자메이카 출신으로 여자 셋, 남자 한명으로 이뤄진 이 혼성 보컬그룹은

70년대 디스코 음악에서 빼놓을 수 없는 뮤지션이다.
